Carly is the Senior Executive Secretary (Chief of Staff) at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. She is an innovative, passionate and values-driven leader with extensive experience managing corporate administrative services in complex and highly demanding areas, supporting C-Suite executives. Carly began her career in the financial sector in administrative support roles working alongside senior directors at HSBC and IFDS, before joining the NHS as a Personal Assistant in 2005. Carly is passionate about the role of the Assistant and actively champions its significance as a professional career.
